2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, password, company name, and entity type when you create an account
- Business Data: Customers, vendors, invoices, bills, bank transactions, budgets, and other financial records you enter into the Service
- Payment Information: Payment details processed through Stripe (we do not directly store your full credit card numbers)
- Documents: Files you upload for document signing, bill attachments, or other purposes
- Communication: Information you provide when contacting us for support
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the Service
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution
- Log Data: IP addresses, access times, and referring URLs
- Signing Data: IP addresses, timestamps, and user agent strings recorded during document signing ceremonies for audit trail purposes
2.3 Mobile Application
When you use the Eunonic mobile application, we may additionally collect:
- Biometric Data: If you enable biometric unlock, your device's biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition) is used locally on your device to verify your identity. We do not collect, store, or transmit your biometric data — all biometric processing is handled entirely by your device's operating system.
- Camera and Photos: If you use the bill capture feature to photograph receipts or invoices, we access your device camera or photo library only when you initiate the action. Photos are uploaded to the Service as bill attachments.
- Secure Storage: Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain) and are deleted when you sign out.
2.4 Information from Third Parties
- Plaid: Bank account information and transaction data when you connect your bank accounts through Plaid
- Stripe: Payment status, subscription information, and billing details
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process transactions and manage your subscription
- Generate financial reports, tax documents, and compliance records
- Facilitate document signing workflows and maintain audit trails
- Authenticate your identity and secure your account

- Send service-related notifications (e.g., subscription changes, security alerts)

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account termination:
- We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for data export
- Financial records may be retained as required by applicable law
- Audit trail data from document signing may be retained for legal compliance
- We will delete or anonymise your data when it is no longer needed
Incomplete signup records (where payment was not completed) are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
